All processes from data preparation to growth hack of applications completed on a one-stop basis
CyberAgent, Inc. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Susumu Fujita; listed in the first section of Tokyo Stock Exchange; Stock Code: 4751) has established “Application Management Center,” a specialized organization that supports the utilization of data owned by enterprises and the growth hack of mobile applications in the Internet Advertising Business.
In recent years, the contact points with consumers have been expanding from online channels, such as PCs and smartphones, to offline channels, including the use of mobile applications at shops. Accordingly, the utilization of data and mobile applications in corporate marketing activities has become indispensable regardless of the industry or business category. Furthermore, thanks to the OMO (Online Merges with Offline) strategy, the centralized management that makes it possible, and the rapid diffusion of AI technologies, the importance of establishing a database for in-house application, which is the contact point with consumers for both online and offline channels, and growth hack is getting higher.
In this context, our company has established the new organization, “Application Management Center,” which handles all processes from preparing business-owned data to growth hack of applications on a one-stop basis. We will design, construct, and visualize a database including online and offline data, and then provide support for data analysis, and planning, implementation, and management for improving in-house application’s DAU and MAU.
Additionally, we will focus efforts on the Internet advertising and marketing activities, as well as the utilization of apps for increasing customers’ visits to real shops and purchases by cooperating with our subsidiary, CA Retail Marketing, Inc.*, which supports digital marketing.
In the "Application Management Center,” we will fuse all the knowledge and know-how that we have accumulated in the Internet advertising business with the know-how for application management and improvement we have accumulated in the Group's internal media business, and aim to maximize the business achievements through the utilization of data and applications of enterprises.
